Nice composition, colors, I actually thought the BG buildings were a photo rip.

That out stretched hand is, perfect, imo.. the whole pic is great.. the curved cave BG makes a nice frame. All the metal and stone textures are awesome.
As for crit, maybe the left breast, her right breast.. same side as amazing hand, seems little "off" to me.. the shape, or how it is sitting/interacting with the fabric.

I like it!, I swear I saw a WIP of this, on instagram? couple days/week ago, where her dress was hemmed in a massive row of teeth, it was terrifying :D.. at least I think I saw that...my only complaint here, is the BG isn't popping her, much and the BG itself is a little flat, imo.. it has the details of depth, but it seems, tonally muted. still, as always, a nice piece.
